Person of Interest started already last week, but at first glance I did not find it interesting enough to actually watch. This weeks episode had a better teaser text and I thought I could give it at least a try while waiting for Supernatural last night. Damn happy I did!
A new TV Series starts today on Fox, Terra Nova with a 2 hour debut. Threatened with extinction the only hope for survival lies within a fracture of time that allows people to travel 85 million years into the past.
Skyline, Battle Lost Angeles … and now “The Darkest Hour”, Alien Invasions stay high in course. Nothing against some nice Alien Bashing … TBH Skyline wasn’t all that great and well all the glorified Army stuff in Battle L.A. was a bit too much.
The Darkest Hour takes place in Moscow, where a group of young people struggle for survival after hiding during the initial attack.
Even though I am german I generally try to avoid german movies, most of them are so not my taste 
Once in a while however there are movies that stand out and this seems to be one of them. My fable for postapocalyptic scenarios is not the only reason I am posting about it. The name “Hell” – in german – stands for bright and not for suffering in the afterlife. However the sun’s altering of the surface seems to be an interesting analogy.
